Be the Change Radio is an Indian Indie web-radio platform started by a close group of musicians from IIT Bombay. The mission of BC Radio is to portray the exotic diversity of India’s undiscovered music to India. Featuring bands from all over the country across all genres and ranging from amateur to professional, it’s the one place to bring yourself up to speed with the music scene in India.

 Spud In The Box – Simple As It Seems Amazingly talented, particularly considering they’re so young and relatively new to the scene. They make perfect use of multiple/backing vocals, maybe not so much so in this song. Its a band to keep on your radar for sure. |

 Public Issue – Break The Silence A snatch of originality peaks out here. Very easy on the ears. Strong vocals, good pauses, and all in all well delivered. |

The F16’s – Avalanche Refreshing acoustic feel to the music and the simple piano complements the strumming well. However, the quality of recording was substandard and needs to improve if they want to send it out professionally like this. |

 Solder – Irish Coffee For the most part you feel their song is no different from so many others we’ve heard, but every now and then something comes up to whisk you away from that judgement. For example, every time the lead lick plays. |

 The Grasshoppers – Purple Queen This particular song seems to stick to a ‘rock’ song formula very closely. A slight disappointment after seeing alternative as their genre as well! However, the guitar licks in parts of the verse are refreshing. Overall, tight but conventional. |
