Call For Proposals 2012 – 13 for Doordarshan
The Public Service Broadcasting Trust in association with Doordarshan is set to commission approximately 30 films, to be broadcasted on Doordarshan in 2013.
In an effort to support and help the expansion of independent documentary filmmakers, PSBT invites films of 26 minutes, or 52 minutes (in two parts) from within the country. Documentary proposals and themes are left up to the discretion of the filmmaker.
As part of the commissioning process, PSBT encourages entries from first-time filmmakers, students of recognized media institutions and women filmmakers – 100% independent in nature.
