INDIEARTH’S TICKET TO WRITE #2
IndiEarth invites Journalists, TV, Radio representatives and bloggers to take part in the Ticket To Write Contest for a chance to win an all-inclusive pass to cover IndiEarth XChange, December 2013.
Submit your written piece on:
Review of that ONE band, artist, or musician on IndiEarth that YOU think is India’s next groundbreaking act.
Round it off with a brief comment on:
– What drives today’s media persons to unearth artists
– The biggest hurdles you face
– And how you overcome these hurdles
What you win:
– The best piece wins its writer an all expenses paid trip and all access passes to conferences & showcases at IndiEarth XChange 2013, 6th-7th December in Chennai.
– The second best piece wins 2 all access passes to XChange 2013, and a few surprise goodies.
Entries will be evaluated by a handpicked jury of national and international media.
Rules:
– Word count: 700 – 800
– Entry must be an original, recent, unpublished piece written by you, exclusively for IndiEarth.
– Entries must be in English
– Reviewer must register as Media on IndiEarth.
– The reviewed artist must be registered on IndiEarth with a published track page. If the artist of your choice is not yet on IndiEarth, refer them to register for a 50% discount.
– IndiEarth’s decision on the selection is final.
All submissions are with the express permission that the articles may be posted on IndiEarth’s blog, free of cost. IndiEarth will give due credit and back-link to writer and his/her website.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS – 10th November, 2013, midnight.
