TEDDY BOY KILL WINS INDIA SHOWCASE SLOT AT IOMMA 2013

IndiEarth is happy to announce the selection of  TEDDY BOY KILL to showcase at IOMMA 2013.

TEDDY BOY KILL has been selected by IndiEarth and IOMMA to represent Indian independent music, with their take on Electronica. The IndiEarth-IOMMA partnership covers all tour costs for the duo, including flights, accommodation, local transfers, F&B, and passes to all events.

Teddy Boy Kill comprises of Samrat Bee (Audio Pervert) and Ashhar Farooqui (Toymob). Their  music possesses an incredibly edgy and moody sound, promising a high-energy packed set, that will take the exotic Reunion Island by storm.

IOMMA, a hub for the music industry in the region, plays a key role in assisting development of artists by expanding the network of cultural professionals regionally and internationally. EarthSync representing India has forged a collaboration partnership with IOMMA. Early this year, IndiEarth – IOMMA invited artists to submit their music for a chance to win a performance at IOMMA, La Réunion Island, 4th – 6th June 2013. The response was tremendous, with musical entries coming in from all across India.

“The main expectation from IOMMA is the opportunity and environment that allows art and music to cut across international boundaries – and further facilitate new relationships and projects for all the involved people”, says Samrat Bee on being asked what he really looks forward to at the upcoming event.
