WOMEX 2012 – CONFERENCE AND PROGRAM SCHEDULES
The internationally renowned world music conference and development project – WOMEX – is back this year, with an incredibly diverse and eclectic line up; five bustling days of music, films, networking, conferences, and business, interspersed with inspiring performances, and stimulating panel discussions.
The 17th Edition of WOMEX international fair brings together professionals from the worlds of folk, roots, ethnic and traditional music.

WOMEX, in cooperation with the IMZ – International Music + Media Centre in Vienna, presents the 11th edition of the IMZ Film Screenings, showing outstanding recent documentaries featuring musicians from all around the globe or those focused on music-related topics.
The IMZ brings 50 years of experience to the selection process, and offers filmmakers, TV/film programmers and producers, and festival organisers a valuable connection point.
